Rooms were very hot, but facilities lovely. Service, food and staff in Restaurant excellent 1st night, but poor on 2nd night, inconsistent, Manager excellent, other waiting staff unsure of procedures, didn't seem confident on certain processes/tasks. overall, a very good stay and would book again. We did enjoy our stay and the location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. However we had booked a family room and although the room did have sleeping facilities for 4 people, the room was rather small and would have benefitted from air conditioning as the room was very stuffy. The quality and selection of food at breakfast was excellent, however the same could not be said for the evening meal. We thought the food was over priced and not of a very good quality. For example 2 of us had the chicken a la king and we had to pick out the chicken because it was not of a very good quality and appeared to be anything other than breast meat!!!
